Dr Marian-Andrei Rizoiu

Dr Marian-Andrei Rizoiu, an Associate Professor at the University of Technology Sydney, leads the Behavioral Data Science lab, conducting interdisciplinary research on human attention dynamics, influence, and opinion polarization, and has received the Excellence Award and Academic of the Year at the 2023 Australian Defence Industry Awards while leading grants to detect and model the spread of mis- and disinformation.
Jason Flynn
Jason has worked with Microsoft for over 16 years, as well as a stint as the CIO at Tourism Australia leading their digital transformation, before returning to Microsoft as the Partner CTO for Technical Strategy. Since 2019 Jason has been working as Principal Global Black Belt in the Modern Work team across Asia Pacific, most recently leading engagements with early-adopter organisations of M365 Copilot & Generative-AI.
Lina Sharii

Lina is responsible for Channel Expansion & Management of Global Training Services Partners in Australia and New Zealand. In addition to ensuring partner success Lina closely collaborates with the field teams, drives direct Revenue and Strategic Initiatives for MS Learning offerings and engages with the rest of Worldwide Learning team in Corporate HQ and other countries to ensure effective landing of global programs. Lina is also an internal Professional Coach (ICF ACC) supporting Microsoft Group Career Coaching Program and other local coaching initiatives.
